Grab ‘n’ Go: Icicle Ornament

If you can wrap fiber, you can do this project.

This icicle ornament is another vintage craft updated for today’s available materials.

Tools:

• Scissors
• Needle

Materials:

• Drinking straw
• Glue, rubber cement or double-sided tape
• Braid or trim
• Metallic thread

Steps:
Straw — Cut straw in half lengthwise.
Glue — Cover straw with glue or rubber cement.
Wrap — Wrap straw with braid, trim, thread, etc.
Hanger —  Using the metallic thread and needle, put through the sides of the
straw to make a hanger. Tie off .
