Grab ‘n’ Go: Make New Friends

The first two “Grab ‘N’ Go” sheets were crafts. “Make New Friends” is an activity.

This printable allows you to distribute sheets for participants to collect names, emails and “common ground” or a way you connect with that person. You can then take the sheet home with you so that you can continue the relationship you started at an event or meeting.

When I ran this at a training weekend, I had it available the first night only. I felt everyone would have grabbed a copy. On evaluations, I found that I should have left them out for people to come back and get more.

So, learn from my mistake. If you provide these sheets, be sure to have them available throughout the event.
