Grab ‘n’ Go: Mummy Wrap Relay

Though we tend to do this at Halloween, any costume or “horror” themed party can use this game.  

Area:

• Medium

Materials:

• 1 roll of toilet paper per team

OR

• 1 roll of toilet paper per person

Rules:

Teams —  Break your group into teams. Ask one person from each team to volunteer to be the mummy.

Material decision — For younger groups, you may want to use only one roll of toilet paper for a team and have the members of the team wrap a certain number of times and then hand off the roll to the next person. For older groups, you can supply one roll of toilet paper per player (except for the mummy).

Play —  The first person runs to the mummy and wraps it. When he / she has wrapped all their toilet paper, they tag the next person to continue wrapping. When everyone is done, the team who is finished first is the winner.

NOTE: I always take pictures of all the teams with their mummies after the game.
