A painted rock can be used to hold down papers or just for decoration.
You could also use these for a different type of SWAP.
Tools:
- Paint brushes
Materials:
- Round, flat rock
- Acrylic paint
- Acrylic sealer spray
Steps:
Rocks — Find flat, round rocks in stream beds, on beaches or grab some at your craft store.
Paint — Paint a design on the rock. This might be a picture, animal, pictograph or an abstract design. Due to the class being taught in the fall, we had a lot of yellow Minions as a result of this activity.
